THE PROBLEM
Sick Building Syndrome (SBS) - Building occupants experience acute health and comfort effects that appear to be linked to time spent in a building, but no specific illness or cause can be identified due to inadequate ventilation
- 90% of an average person’s life is spent indoors
- 50% of all illnesses could be attributed to indoor air pollutants, 39% of all asthma could be eliminated by clean air.
- Concentrations of indoor air contaminants in homes can sometimes reach as much as 200 times the same contaminants found outside
- Today’s homes contain an estimated 1,500 hazardous compounds from ~3,000 man-made products
- SBS creates over $1 billion in direct healthcare costs. HAI 's cost the government and healthcare industry over 30 billion a year.
- SBS costs $60 billion in lost productivity annually
THE SOLUTION |
- Our advanced technology: state-of-the-art, proprietary, UV ozone generators that produce clean, byproduct-free ozone, UVGI & Filtration, Ultra-D disinfection services and Advanced Oxidation Systems.
- Kills bacteria (including MRSA & C-Diff), dust mites, thousands of varieties of mold spores and allergens
|
- Destroys volatile organic compounds (VOC’s)
- Permanently removes odors caused by smoke, cooking, cleaning products, cigars, pets and urine
- Reduces illnesses associated with poor air quality
- Removes possible objections to sale or lease of property
- Inactivates known viruses including H1N1

INSPECTION AND TESTING |
- Samples are carefully extracted in accordance with the Indoor Environmental Standards Organization (IESO ) and American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH) recommended practices
- The samplings are reviewed by certified professionals: Certified Indoor Environmentalist (CIE ), Certified Indoor Air Quality Manager (CIAQM ), and Certified Residential Mold Inspector (CRMI) at leading U.S. laboratories
- During the inspection a treatment time and ozone concentration is determined
|
The TOMIES DEEP CLEANING TREATMENT 1 |
- Ozone will be substituted for indoor oxygen at the location
- Prior to the treatment all PERSONS, PLANTS, AND PETS will be removed
- The level of Ozone will be at least 10 ppm
|
|
- Replace ozonated air within equal to outside air
- After the removal of ozone (has a half-life of 20 minutes) the room will be tested
- When Ozone levels are at or below EPA standards (0.05 ppm), individuals may reenter the property

MAINTAINING HEALTHY INDOOR ENVIRONMENT UVGI & FILTRATION DIVISION
|
- UVGI -Ultraviolet germicidal non-Ozone producing accessories
- Can be permanently installed or portable
- UVGI generator resulted in 99% reduction of microbial and endotoxin
concentrations on irradiated surfaces within the ventilation systems
- Filters are 600% more effective than ordinary filter in capturing microscopic
particles (e.g.) mold spores, allergens, bacteria and even particles that carry viruses
- TOMIESFilters are made of sturdy aluminum and are custom made to fit any size
